THE PROCESS
We take great care with our animals. We slaughter them at our own abattoir. It’s on the island, so there is no need to load them onto trucks. We butcher each lamb individually using age-old craft techniques. We can give you whatever cuts you need. They are supplied in boxes, fresh and free from any additives, colourants or preservatives. This is a tailor-made service and that’s why our customers come back to us time and time again.
