We are just over the moon to reach the finals of the coveted Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards 2020 for our Achill Mountain Mutton. It is a forgotten flavour which we really feel deserved to be brought back onto tables in homes and restaurants around the country. Mutton is the meat of a sheep which is two years old and upwards.
